Thank you for your consideration for our health during the Covid 19 outbreak. However, after waiting in line for 10 minutes to enter your store, I went to buy gardening supplies and was bluntly told by your associate I had to pay for the items I chose from inside the store before she let me go shop for items outside the garden dept walls. Hi- i just wanted to tell you about a horrible customer service experience I had with Jesse at the “customer service desk” in the Bothell Wa store. He refused to help me find a cart or lift heavy material into my basket. There was no one in line and he was not busy at all. When I asked him if he would help me get a cart he said no and that he was sorry I felt “that way” (since I was obviously upset at the lack of help carrying heavy objects - I’m not super strong or tall and had no assistance with me) I ordered these product... read more

INSTEAD OF PAYING CASH TO THE BLINDS, SOMEONE OFFERED FOR A CREDIT...
Horrible service. My order for blinds placed 4 months ago is still no finished yet. I just want to check the status see what is happening but no one can answer me. They just say they don’t know the status even according to the system records and someone else should know. It is really frustrating I have been calling about 10 times during last 2 months and they either transferred the line to another extension and got disconnected eventually, or promised to call me back but never happened.
I can never find a person to help. I was in for rock that the one below was empty asked to have someone help get down from top and he said oh I can’t do that go find someone who can drive a forklifts. REALLY? . Terrible service.
