Bought a refrigerator that was delivered Tuesday; paid extra to have them hook up the ice maker but they didn't do it. Two days later and 15 PHONE CALLS LATER (passed between Home Depot, the delivery company, Whirlpool, back to Home Depot and cut off so far 6 times) I'm beyond frustrated. I used to buy all appliances from this store but no more. Everyone I talk to sounds like they wish to God they'd never answered my call.
A couple of weeks ago when we were having really hot weather I found myself needing to go to Home Depot. I'm pregnant, have a small child and don't know the 1st thing about Home Depot. Needless to say I was dreading it. When I arrived I greeted by Fabulous Lisa, who pushed my cart around, loaded me up with everything I needed, meanwhile engaging my daughter to help out with her enchanting personality.
