I was just at Home Depot in Bellevue and the service was fantastic! For Richard thank you for finding me a cart. For the gentleman tall fellow orange T-shirt beard thank you for asking if I needed help, I thought all Home Depots were the same and the items I needed we're on a different aisle! For the gentleman who didn't even have on his apron or his T-shirt and he was coming into work and asked if I needed some help thank you! Have a beautiful day all at Home Depot!
Ordered on-line. For some reason they cancelled the next day...no calls or emails. Store associates are clueless as to why, referred me to the on-line number...they referred back to to store. Kept on hold for over 20 min before they disconnected. Still no response. Must be a poorly managed store with untrained employees.
I have never received such inadequate, ineffectual, rude & non caring additudes as I have at the Bellevue store. I had simple flooring to be installed in a relatively small area. Well over 2 months later, it has not happened. My home is in shambles due to furniture displacement (some on the deck where the damp is doing it no good) I have made phone call after phone call & email after email.
