I have never received such inadequate, ineffectual, rude & non caring additudes as I have at the Bellevue store. I had simple flooring to be installed in a relatively small area. Well over 2 months later, it has not happened. My home is in shambles due to furniture displacement (some on the deck where the damp is doing it no good) I have made phone call after phone call & email after email. I get a lot of empty apologies, but no help. Even got Frank Blake's (Lame Duck CEO) office involved & they have done nothing but make one phone call here, as far as I can tell, accomplished nothing. I will, in the future, shop anywhere else. Lowe's here I come.

I would like give a very bid thank you to "Mr Ansett" at Home Deport at Bellevue - I went in purchase a nut and bolt to fix my arm crutches that I need to walk and that had just broken, and not only did he find me the right bolt, he also fitted it on the spot with great care so as to not damage the aluminium of the crutches shaft - now that is great service and he deserves a medal - many thanks "Mr Ansett" (he will understand) at true craftsman
