We've been working on a kitchen update and house remodel and have been to Home Depot daily, sometimes several times a day and have been incredibly pleased by the assistance we have received. Between the flooring, electrical, and tile, the staff has been very patient and knowledgeable. Good Job and Thanks for helping us amateurs not mess our house up :)
I shop there alot & they have good prices on their plants with a 90 day return policy, plus a one year on shrubs and trees.

In all of years shopping at this Home Depot. The service I received yesterday from Duzseli ( it's possible that I have it spelled wrong.) he was in plumbing and made sure I had all of the connectors I needed and even checked to make sure they fit! He set me up for success in repairing the leak I had!!!!!
Ask 3 employees for help to get 4 $62.00 a pc boards down. Waited like 10 minutes. Went to tell someone else and he said he would have someone in 4 minutes or so. Still waiting, I have around $1000 plus dollars of stuff to buy. We also buy here a lot, we have a commercial account here and at Lowes. I have been coming here a long time, they had improved on customer service but looks like it's sliding back again because they are not focused on it. I may choose to go to Lowes in all future purchases.
I do not recommend buying from home depot ever again! I have more than learned my lesson on this one! I purchased a fridge for over 2000 and bought the extended warranty and they did not honor their warranty. I am very disappointed in the way they treat their customers and i will continue to tell everyone how they do i am also going to be in touch with the better business bureau.
Worst customer service. Installers were 2 hours late and then didn't even install my dishwasher. Then Could not get any help when i called to complain. Take my word for it, stay away from this place.
