Home Depot is a joke! You can't get anyone to wait on you, they hide from you if there are there! Their management decision to give them 80 hours off was a very bad management decision. Nobody wants to you help AT ALL! Employees are rude when you do ask for help. I would get fired if I treated customers the way we were treated today! Unacceptable!

Today I went to The Home Depot in Bossier to get a quote on some flooring. This one employee supposedly in flooringhelping another customer, ok I understand. this employee never said hold on I will be with you but seen me looking at the floor stuff.I patient waited, 30 minutes rolled on by and this person had no mask on when the employee did the mask woukd be under its nose or completely off their face. My experience was horrible I bought a brand new Troy bilt pony riding lawnmower from them 1 month in its not working ask the guy that work there when I was purchasing it do it have a warranty he said yes so when I go to get it fixed from Home Depot sorry sir you’re not under our warranty, you’re under the manufacturer’s warranty which means that I have to take it to Longview tx and I stay in Louisiana. I love Home Depot but their online order pick up sucks and so does their customer service and the manager at the Bossier Store blames everything on COVID-19! He’s extremely rude so we have being shopping Lowe’s lately.
Home depot in bossier is terrible. the workers dodge customers. I stood at customer service which I was advised to go to them for help in Electrical and the black lady in the first row and the white guy both looked at me and ignored me. In I've discovered the people at Lowes loved to help people and the store setup is clean and better.
ordered something online. they never notified me it arrived. saw arrived on the tracking number. call the head to make sure was good to come pick it up and that it was ready. arrived at the pickup location called they said they would have it ready. they did not bring it out to me. Wearing a mask should be required to enter the store! Too many people not caring about others (or themselves). It seems nobody cares about the importance of wearing PPE and distance here.
