EVERYTHING! no one ever wants to help. no body wants to cut carpet. no one wants to mix paint. and when they do , it's wrong! orders are always wrong. everyone is huffy .They talk to you like you are stupid. Its always a terrible experience and we have lots of rental properties and do flips so we see them a lot unfortunately 🙄 don't even get me started on if you have to have stuff delivered. 😡 I've never left a bad review in my life because sometimes someone may be having an off day ,but this is ridiculous!!

Ok we have been to Home Depot store all over the US. Let me tell you about this store right here folks. Stopped in today needing a large number of a certain item and had in my mind it was going to be a production to get everything. WRONG....Joe, Nate, Big and Mr. Mike aka captain production got us what we needed ASAP and were friendly as ever. Was told delivery between 3-7. It is now 8pm and they are just calling saying two deliveries are ahead of me. Before they finally called me, I had called the store twice and no one was able to tell me anything. Wish dad would have ordered from Lowe’s like originally planned! Never had a problem with their delivery.
Contracted French’s Quality Welding and Fencing to remove old privacy fence and install new one. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Decent construction but everything else made it not worth it. 6 weeks to start, can’t follow simple instructions, doesn’t communicate but over-promises and under delivers when he does, unprofessional. Lied to me and a Home Depot Dist Mgr about coming out and working on Sat. Took wrong measurements for metal gate frame causing extra day of work to re-cut,re-weld, re-paint. Worst experience ever!
