Some kid crapped on our complimentary mobile scooters for the old/fat/disabled people and my IDIOT MANAGER made me clean it up. I’m a janitor not a babysitter. Despite that I get a 10% discount on as much wood as I want so I give working here 3 stars.
Im sitting in the parking lot as I write this because I couldn’t wait to tell what a wonderful experience I just had with the two gentlemen in the paint department and the lady who checked me out! Seriously, 3 for 3 amazing customer service experiences in 1 visit! These days, you’re lucky to find 1 good employee to help when you visit any type of retail. I wish I had gotten their names to specifically recognize them. What a great team, Bossier City Home Depot!!!
Excellent customer service. The staff was there to help us load our purchases before we ever had a chance to ask for assistance. And the cashier was extremely friendly and helpful.
Very bad service that I received at check out. It's ridiculous that I was being charged the wrong price, 3 workers were called and no one ever came. Guy at check out would only assist white guys meanwhile 2 african americans and I waited for 30 min and did not receive service!!! Service is horrible. Racism should not be allowed at retailer with such diversity of clients.
We love yalls DIY classes :-) thank you so much for hosting these and allowing us to attend them.
I tried shopping at Lowes but the manager's rudeness I walked out and went to Home Depot. They were so nice and very helpful. Lowes lost $1,500 sales by being rude
