Shitty to order thing from them!!! They keep telling you five more days ...five more days .. Then are going to charge you $50 to cancel it even though it’s taking FORVER. Not very good customer service at all.
I will never buy another power tool from home depot in my life. I purchased a ridgid set about a year ago with the home depot warranty. Well sawsall doesn't work at all and impact driver is toast. Go to get the warranty done thinking I would get new tools. Nope not the case. Got the whole runaround. Lady finally calls me back a week later from the protection plan service. Someone please tell me why I get over charged for something and when I go to the returns desk to let them know what happened (literally 45 seconds after my transaction was finished) I have to wait 24-48 hours to get my money back even though I just paid with my debit card? Everytime I go there it seems I am charged for things I didnt buy or the prices are WAY off from the shelf and the biggest kicker is the chainsaw I bought that no longer works after 1 use and they refuse to do anything to help...my suggestion to people...s... read more
I CANNOT believe that you are making your employees work on the 4th of July until 10pm! That's disgusting to me. Sure, you can be open whatever, whenever you want, but to keep your regular hours on the 4th and then have them STOCK SHELVES FOR 2 HOURS after you close is nothing short of unamerican on this holiday. I'm completely flabbergasted. Maybe shut your doors at six and have them stock until 8. Even that is better. I want to see some serious changes in this policy, immediately.
