Worse customer service I have seen in ages. Went in to sign up and pay to get measurements for storm doors. Initially told I would get a call within two days to schedule the technician to come out. It has now been ten days and no call. I have called the store three different days several times per day, they don’t answer the call and when it rings to many times it is like they hang up on you. You have to go by homedepot in Provo in the evening when most adults aren’t working, and go shopping for Christmas Trees. Bring your flash light because someone bright decided to store the trees bound in the indoor garden area. It’s so easy to see them. Unless you want to see it opened up then you should follow the dozen young men who are unwinding them then dragging them on the top breaking branches and setting them on stands in the dark outside where you can stand with other people using flashlights to see if the tree is s... read more
Came by Home Depot today to get paint, flooring and other plumbing supplies. The gentleman we asked for help basically just ignored us and when we asked if he worked in the department he laughed and said no he was just stuck there and walked away. Never even made eye contact, hardly gave us 2 seconds and didn’t even offer to call someone to help. 2yrs My Family I we’re traveling from Las Vegas to Wisconsin and we stopped here to pick up tarps and to figure out if there were anyone works there could help help fix Our trailer lights and Dept of Hardware and another associate tried to help us but were unsuccessful but got us a couple of flashlights and covered it with the red flags . Thank you for donating 5-gallon buckets to the #provorivercleanup on June 16th. We were able to clean about eight cubic yards of garbage out of the river without adding any new plastic bags to our landfill.
I have never never spent so much money at a store and been treated so awful! I will never shop at this Home Depot again! We ordered flooring - countertops- and doors, each order came with its own set of problems. It shouldn’t be this way.
Never, ever have I had such a terrible buying experience from a company. We purchased a brand new fridge about 9 months ago from the Provo Home Depot. Upon delivery, the fridge was damaged and scratched. We called immediately, to which we were told it would be taken care of. We have called and called and called. Every time we talk to someone, they tell us they have to “call us back”. No one ever calls back. At one point we were offered a $25 gift card for our trouble.... $25!!!!?
