excellent return policy Not only are the employees super helpful and nice, Home Depot's return policy is unmatched. I had (stupidly) purchased a pendant light not realizing I needed the track lighting setup to use it. I had unwrapped everything, even screwed in the lightbulb, when I realized I couldn't use this light. Then I realized I had lost my receipt!! I was so scared I wouldn't be able to return this thing I didn't need. So I printed out my bank statement, proving that I had spent that money on that day at their store.... read more
Just another home depot Nothing special, but the staff was helpful with my simple needs. There seems to be a lot of contractors around here, and their section was busy. The parking lot is large, but you must be careful with all the big trucks. The lines were moderate for a Saturday morning - nothing more then I expected I was purchasing some basic wood stain and the prices were a few dollars more then I expected - but nothing crazy. PROS: Well staffed - large selection CONS: Prices seemed a little high.
Terrible experience. Paid extra for installation only to have the installers come for 5 min to tell me they couldn’t install it because gave multiple lame excuses and called Lowe’s and they installed a dishwasher that wasn’t theirs within minutes. Called the store manager at least 3 times with no help given told I would be refunded for installation and wasn’t so I had to call Home Depot corporate. Will never shop Home Depot again. They do not care about their customers and play the blame game and just try to blame on other p... read more
they need to have sufficient staff and a customer friendly attitude and policy changes in the tool rental department. When they commit to call when equipment comes, they should be honest and do what they commit to do. what they are doing is to alienate long time customers. A call to the store assistant manager did not help. A person visit with a nice person from did not help. The Provo Store has a poor name as one person said they are the worst in the area.
What an ignorant and money hungry company. They do not care about their customers and will sell you merchandise they don't have access to sell. They will gladly take your money, wait right up until you're supposed to get your purchase - call and say sorry, can't be there til July 22 (even though it was May 13 originally). Call to find out why and I'm told, "Oh we can't even buy that, I don't know why it let you buy it..." Not a care in the world to make it right and want to hold my money for days on end. Coming from out of state. Made an appointment several days ago for today at noon with a Kitchen Consultation, David J. Arrived a few minutes early and was told that I need to wait for approximately 30 minutes. So much for making an appointment! This sucks! Finally able to talk with David after an hour and get what I needed done.
Went and got paint. They are always helpful and efficient.
We have spent thousands of dollars here to update our home. Which has been awesome. Their appliance delivery sucks. Very disappointed in the service and the professionalism that we received. Go far way to purchase any appliances from this store if you are planning to have them delivered.
