The absolute worst customer service ever! We have ordered items from them twice and had an issue both times. First they delivered the wrong dryer and now when my husband picked up my order, they clearly gave him the wrong door. The lady that’s in the door department was extra rude and asked “what the problem” was. The problem is her attitude and the wrong item. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes only for her to hang up on me when I called back. Ridiculous and uncalled for.
Service technicians that came out to my house were friendly and did a good job and same day service
Crap customer service, lazy employees, typical of Fayetteville... Decent selection, only reason for 2 stars. Not upset about it, but veterans don't get discount either- apparently has to be "service connected"!- charlie d...
Military and retirees, DO NOT shop at this Home Depot. They limit the 10% military discount to max of $50 bucks! Lowes still honors their discount with no limit.

If home depot doesn't rein in their employees who wear anti America hats they will not longer be in business around Fayetteville
It's more about the employees alwzys eager to help.
They lied to me about what gift cards could and could noy be used for and then refused to let me refund my things and.get my money back (to go somewhere else). I feel cheated and I will not be going back. Terrible service. It was monday (2/9/15) at customer service between 9/10 pm. They have their workers lie for them to cheat you out of your money.
I'm just not a fan of ANY Home Depot
