You can do it.... I like going to Home Depot. Not just for shopping to get things for the house, though I do that a lot, but also just to shop. The employees are courteous and knowledgeable and will help you any way they can. I use them for home and work.
My husband ordered a dryer and the company they used came at 10:05am left at 10:07 leaving a note saying they were there at 10am left at 10:15. Company scheduled a appointment for the next day. I sat in front of the at 5:30am my husband gets email saying they changed the schedule again for tomorrow. I call them they tell me they came at 5:49am. RecommendedDon in appliances was amazing today. We moved from Minnesota to the area and needed a Fridge and washer and dryer. Luckily Don was the one available to help us and he is VERY knowledgeable. I was going back and forth to a few stackable washer and dryers and he knew EVERYTHING I had questions for without even looking at the info sheet! They don't stand by their policies and think that giving someone a gift card rectifys the problem.
We bought a Samsung refrigerator from Home Depot. The delivery guys delivered the wrong color didn’t know how to install refrigerator and didn’t have complete kit to attach handles on French doors. .so I decided we could live with the color but have no hardware to attach handles. Fayetteville NC Home Depot refuses to take responsibility for the hardware or attaching the handles. Hope other customers haven’t had these kinds of problems with the Fayetteville NC Home Depot!

This is the worst store I ever went to in my life. I ordered a washer and dryer over a month ago and got cancelled on three times before they finally got it to me, at this time I was about to move so they couldn't install it. I was told when I moved to call and since I paid for installation they would come and hook it up at my new place apparently that was a lie now I have new appliances that I cant install myself and don't know how to. they manager at the store said he doesn't know who told me that and they couldn't do anyt... read more
