I went to Home Depot tonight to purchase the Dual Flush Glacier Bay toilet. The staff was absolutely great, but unfortunately when I go home disassembled my old toilet and got ready to replace it with the new one, there were NO hardware in the box���� Like seriously!!!! There were no screws, no nutts or bolts. I'm seriously pissed.

So the wife and I had estimates run to replace the floors in the house. Then, errors abound: first, we told them the space was 1100 downstairs. They asked for the room type and count and came back with a great price for the rough estimate. After measuring, the formal estimate came back considerably higher. But, didn’t include discounts, promotions. So we went in to ask to apply whatever discounts may be available and the price dropped less than $200, mostly based on us compromising our wants and interests. So, no thanks Home... read more

I can't believe it...we bought a refridgerator to be delivered on Saturday between 7am -11am. I got up early and pulled the old one out and cleaned the space getting it ready for the new one. They (the delivery drivers) call me at 9:45 am to tell me the truck broke down. Well, we had bought a $3000 bed from Rooms to go and was told the same excuse just last week. So twice in one year our truck was Stolen out of for the total of $2000.00. Only to find out that they don't have cameras facing the parking lot. The only camera they have faces the front entry way. When we went in to let them know they were rude and said sorry and walked away. I think it crazy that they don't have cameras facing the parking lot. As a contractor we will never shop there again. And we are telling all of our friends not to shop there either. And we find out that this sort of thing happens all the time.

Like going to Wal-Mart. Only 1 real cashier open and I don't do self checkout. Furthermore, I bought 2 2×6's that were labeled product of Sweden. I live in North Carolina, producer of huge quantities of pine lumber and they're selling imported? Shame on you Home Depot.

I have to give a shout out to Home Depot for being opened all three days of Hurricane Florence. We were in need of some supplies and we called LOWES in Hope Mills and on Skibo, neither one was open. So we called HOME DEPOT and they were opened. Thank you so much for being there in your communities time of need. You are our number one store for all of our shopping needs.

My husband went today to buy a few things and when it was time to pay the guy in front of him asked for military discount and the cashier gave it to him. The guy didn't show an ID and was not wearing a uniform but when it was my husband's turn to pay and he asked for military discount she asked him for an ID and he was wearing his uniform. Coincidence? The other guy was white and my husband Hispanic. Go figured.
