Home Depot does not appreciate veterans who put their life on the line in previous wars, just the active service soldiers.........some that has never been outside the states. They get appreciated with a discount.
By answering the phone!! I was on hold for a total of 30 minutes and got hung up on twice! I heard them pick up on the line and then hung up!! Terrible customer service! I'll be going to Lowes from now on!
Well they was close. Had a fire or water problem. So other then that. I love shopping there. Cheaper then lowes home improvement.
Their workers are doing drugs and the management nor corporate don't care. I live with one of the department managers and she smokes more marijuana and sniffs more cocaine then I've ever seen.
Best hardware supply do it all store way better than Lowes here in Fayetteville North Carolina where I do all my business from ,trust them a lot
I now have to register for my 10% discount...you know what service members, dependents, and retiree's hate? Jumping through hoops we don't have time for that when we do it at work. Poor idea to gain a little profit. I will not ever return and suggest others do the same. #lowes
Customer service was so terrible. I'm 8 months pregnant and standing around waiting on help was not anything I wanted to do, but when I finally found an associate to call someone for help, they didn't show up so I found someone to help and they didn't know anything about the subject. I asked one man for help he told me to wait on another man that was helping someone already. After 30 minutes he finally got off his butt and helped since the other man was still with someone. Don't buy anything from this store and expect them to deliver what you bought. After FOUR attempts of delivering our purchase, this store still did not have our items delivered.
