Had a excellent experience tonight. Jackie in paint was amazing. She was left alone at the paint counter and was sweet, kind, thorough and gave excellent customer service to me and several others in the paint area...PLUS helped at least 3 or 4 people walking by. She patiently diffused a customer service situation by taking the time to find an angry customer walking by a person who could help her. Really represented herself and the store well.
Kudos to Kyle who went out of his way to process a return for me - finding me in the store after I already left the return desk. He also was not satisfied that we couldn't locate the specific tool I was looking for and then went to another department found a slightly better one and discounted it to the price of the original item. This was great, proactive customer service that keeps me coming back even when I may get a better deal online or at a "Lowe"r priced competitor.
