Multiple members of your crew in the flooring department at the Hanley store have been incredibly rude and dismissive. If I hadn’t already paid you for the project at my house, I would certainly use a different vendor.
Accidently left my 6x6 post holders outside and unfortunately for me this home depot does not care about its customer! Lost out on 187$ Never coming or reccomending you again!

We’re renovating a home and have made many purchases at Home Depot in the last 3 months. Of course that comes with returns, from buying too much of something or the wrong item... TWICE my husband (who used to WORK at HD) has gone to return items to get store credit (to filter through the amount of receipts we have would take forever and we know we’ll spend more there so store credit is fine) and been accused of stealing. This store is alway a breeze for me to visit. I had to take Husky Impact tool warranty back. They swamped it right out without the receipt quickly
Carla and Calvin were awesome helping me to get carpet today !!! Erica also was great in helping me to be able to make my purchase. Great can do attitude and willingness to help. Thank you !!!!
