I have never had a bad experience in any of your stores. Thank you for your fantastic customer aervice and unwavering stance on the constitution. ----customer for life
Thank you Home Depot for not caving in to the Mad Mom's whines and cries. They don't realize that when they want us to not exercise our 2A rights, their 1A rights of spewing garbage and non sense will shortly be gone after.
I do believe rational people, including rational gun owners outnumber these irrational and dangerous gun nuts. Therefore, HD will follow other rational corporations' leads and change their policy on this soon. The bottom line is the bottom line, and Lowe's has everything HD has, so until my family can feel safe (which means -no obviously mentally ill people with guns parading around - and if you have to display your phallic symbol, you are definitely suffering from extreme inferiority to the point of mental illness), our mon... read more
I support safe and sane, responsible gun ownership. Allowing open carry in your stores gives me a few reasons not to support Home Depot. If your store allows vigilante security, I have no intention of shopping there as I have no idea what the mental stability or intentions of open carry vigilantes roaming your store have. They might mistake me reaching into my purse for my list of things to buy as a sign of aggression or a thr... read more
I think Home Depot is idiotic is what I think. I will NEVER enter your store again, and will try to get my wife to sell her stock in your pathetic corporation. Keep your stupid guns at home where you can "protect" your silly selves, but as you should already know, those guns are more likely to be used on you or your loved ones than any "intruder."
If you take away or right to protect ourselves, we become sheep for slaughter. If needed I would use my weapon to protect anyone. But demonizing a tool because of what is done with by a person is like saying you are not going to but knifes and get rid of all yours because someone was stabbed. Or outlaw cars because of drunk drivers, just makes no sense to me.
Thank you for supporting your customer's rights, including their right to provide for their family's safety. Criminals are a threat to all of us and I believe we are all safer when the good guys can protect themselves and others. Areas where firearms are restricted or prohibited attract criminals and make all of us less safe; I avoid all such "gun free zones". Great store, great selection, great staff.
