The check out folks were great and efficiant. Too bad the experiance was ruined by waiting a half hour to have a piece of wood cut. They kept paiging but no one would come.

We purchased a stainless steel grill 3 years ago for $1031.99!. The Home Depot rep explained that the burners were covered for 10 years and the rest of it was covered for 25 years! When we called to let them know the doors literally fell off due to rust we were told doors are not covered!!! We have asked Home Depot to stand behind their product as well as Weber, both have said NO. A thousand dollar grill should last more than 3 years! Shame on you Home Depot and Weber Grills!!!!!!
I had the pleasure of having Rockett, in the paint department tint some paint for me. She is such a Pro and a real asset to Home Depot. I would reccomend this paint dept. To everyone who needs special custom paint. THANKS ROCKETT the fence looks great.
If I could do less than poor I would. Bought a washer dryer stack unit less than one month ago, it broke - took 6 days to get a service tech here, nice guy, but he couldn't fix it. He said it would be 7 - 10 days before the part came in, but he felt like it could be much much longer, maybe up to two weeks!!!!!!!! The machine is two weeks old! Called Home Depot and tough luck- once the unit is in the home it seems not to be their problem, unless I want to load it up and bring it back to the store---seriously???? I will wait, ... read more
Judy (electrical) and Randy are very helpful, I was purchasing an item for a Christmas gift, and could not find it, they searched all over for it and it was all the way on the top shelf wrapped on a pallet, they went out of their way to get the item for me, I cannot say enough about their customer service and friendliness.
I love Home Depot and the help you get when you need it. I even had a guy help me load up my car when I had a big purchase. I didn't even ask, he volunteered!
