Went to Home Depot on 64 to purchase a 20v B&D trimmer that was marked down from 89.00 to 63.00. They were sold out but, was told the store on Cortez had 6. Drove there and discovered their trimmers were still 89.00. After telling the dude that the 64 store sent us there, he refused to give it to us at that price and also refused to call the SR64 store to verify. So we asked to see the manager, told him the story and he gave it to us for 63.00.
The Home Depot in Bradenton, FL, is quite comprehensive with the products they offer. I'm glad we have a store in town, and it's just a short drive my home.
We shop there quite often and we normally have good service, but not today. Bad customer service.
