WORST. STORE.EVER. store is dirty, the workers are extremely rude and unhelpful. Not a good selection in the store at all. Definitely recommend Lowe’s instead
Ordered Appliances on December 6th . They were supposed to deliver January 3rd , Home Depot send email to be at the job site and everything will be delivered by 2pm January 3rd . Took off the whole day and Home Depot was a No Call No Show !!! Call the help number 17 times .... No Answer No Call Back ! Go to the store ... Was at the store on Cortez this weekend. Not a single cashier manned register open. Waited for 10 minutes along with several upset customers, for someone to “verify” whatever it was that needed verifying. Instead of spending $50 million to train 20,000 tradespeople, why don’t you spend $13.00 an hour for a couple of cashiers? Money will be well spent.

Back on January 2 we purchased 4 windows for our house. We had them delivered through you guys. They were stored until today. Right where the guy put them that works for you. Well 1 of the windows was cracked there was NO WAY we would have known that until we took wrapper off. My husband just got back from there. Refused to exchange window. So we had to buy another. VERY UNHAPPY. I will be contacting the news media. Very UNHAPPY!!!!!
That's my favorite place to shop for everything that i need for work , they always have all of my electrical and plumbing parts ,, thanks bill and bob , I've known them for 20years at the same home depot :-) :-)
I want to give HUGE shout out to Jean. I came in tonight (10/29/2018) frustrated and on the verge of tears. I was have problems fixing the copper water line to my refrigerator. Not only did she take the time to help me and reassured I had the correct parts but she gave me a step by step tutorial and was able to tell me why I might have been having issues. Got home used my new knowledge and got it fixed! Thank you again so much!!!
Their employees need to be more pleasant while doing their job. I will not be treated like I was when I asked for wood to be cut because I interrupted two employees complaining about their workplace. Then to have the wood thrown on the cutter and the employee raise his voice, shake his head, and roll his eyes, was extremely rude. I will shop at my Home Depot in Sarasota. The employees are extremely helpful there.
Ordered a fridge. Was supposed to be here today. 7/12. Now they say a month from now. You suck. No phone call, or nothing to let us know. Never ever again.
