Was shopppng for closet maid shelving. A guy pulls the gate at one end of the aisle, says, "hey, buddy, could I get you to move out of the aisle?" I replied enthusiastically "sure can, in fact, I'll move all the way out of your store-just to make sure I'm never in your way again." And out I went, leaving $100 worth of shelving on the ... shelf. I have pulled up email and you have advertised your regular coupon. $10 OR $20 OFF. Thu depends on how much you spend. Except, there's no coupon when you click on Coupon. What's going on?
Recently purchased Frigidaire refrigerator with ice maker at this store. Refrigerator is bowed on top, important corner cover for the freezer compartment is missing and ice maker does not work.After repeated phone calls and visits back to the store we are finally told it is up to us to have 3 service calls on it before anything can be done which is TOTALLY unacceptable. We are extremely unhappy with the lack of support and help we have received from management and would never recommend buying anything from this store again. ... read more
