This is by far the most unorganized Home Depot my business has ever dealt with. Its currently running on 1 cashier as we speak. Ever time my employees go here for our current job in Waldorf there is some sort of issue. Employees here are rude and uneducated of the lay out of the store. They do not work as a team and if you ask for help they make you feel like you are bothering them. All around bad. White girl working the window and door section was awesome the. Everyone else is worthless
Horrible service. My husband and children waited an hour AFTER he purchased a trailer load full of lumber with absolutely zero help from anyone at the store to load it. He finally had to load the entire trailer himself...along with my 4 and 6 year olds.

Poor poor poor Service- no response from Store Manager, poor Home Delivery service ( actually they never showed up after spending my Saturday at home waiting)
I called them to ask them when their tool rental closed. I was put in the call loop, and was on hold for over seven minutes (I have the screen shot to prove it) before I got hung up on. Not once did I get any live human on the other end of the phone.
This store is a total wreck went in for just some scrap lumber and their was lumber all over the aisles throuout the whole lumber dept!
Online ordering is a joke. They are not prepared to provide such a service. I waited over 30 minutes yesterday and over 60 minutes today. I asked for a manger three times; he/she never came. One person was running returns, customer service, and online orders. There was more than 7 customers in line behind me. Why should a customer have to wait to spend their money?! In this case, why should a customer wait to get merchandise they already paid for?
