Shakari at the paint counter is amazing! I walked in needing 6 different colors for a project and she helped us figure out how much, the finish and everything! Super speedy, too!!
Went to Waldorf, MD store to see the grill advertised in sale paper. Guy outside with grills says they are inside. Guy inside says they have 6 and they are on the "race track" aisle in front of store. Walked from one end to the other of the "racetrack" not a grill in sight!! Asked another associate who called on loud speaker for someone named "Justin". Never showed! Went outside (where 1st associate told us they were inside - there they were wrapped in plastic". We ordered a pergola for my sons graduation party this Saturday they promised it would be delivered between the sixth and the eighth in time for us to assemble it for the party on the 10th now they're telling us it won't be here until the 12th so yay Home Depot Way to go ruining family memories every day Wasted hours on the phone trying to fix this and just hold you all to what you quoted us but NOOOOO I myself will never shop there again!
Went in looking for a specific price on a specific stove and Becca in the appliance area nailed it. Promised quick delivery and was super clear and helpful with delivery and purchase instructions. Love having this HD close to the house!!
The Home Depot delivery is the absolute worst. I will never, order another appliance from them again If the Home Depot really cared, it would look into the massive complaints regarding the horrible servce. You have lost me as a customer FOREVER!
Lazy employees. One cashier. Out of stock of more things then I have ever seen at any location. And carts full of stuff all of the place.
