Horrible service. So annoyed and frustrated with unprofessional people and unprofessional service. Spent over $3,000 on materials today at 10am and still waiting on my items. I was even told some items were not available and I went and located the same items on the shelf. I need to be compensated for this dreadful experience.
had a delivery to home of a pallet of soil and pallet of mulch. bought the threshold which costs more. delivery driver was pleasant but the store wont send them out with a pallet jack, after speaking with management this is ok..... meanwhile pallets block my garage door due to being unable to move them off to the side. Shameful of the company. At least their drivers were good people.
Ordered fencing supplies on a Sunday morning to be picked up the same day. We arrived before the text message ( 2 hours were proposed, we arrived at the 3 hour mark) I was greeted about my order and told they wanted to pull and replace a few pieces for twisted wood. ( ok) Although we waited for all of our order pieces to be assembled we were extremely happy for the outcome and the help to load it on our trailer.... thank you
At Home Depot for (hopefully) the LAST TIME EVER!!!!!!!!! I only go to HD for a couple items. Metal duct pieces, sand mix concrete, bathroom fans and for a slightly better tile and grout selection. I will go out of my way to find these items in other stores or online. I walk into a home improvement store about 150 times each year and spend approximately $35,000.00 on small items. HD has let me down for the last time. #homedepotsucks.
Customer Service at the Waldorf location is very bad �
Worst experience ever! If your disabled in any way do NOT COME HERE!!!! Aisles full of product spilling into walkways carpet roll almost fell out of where wire was holding it up! Asked for help, walked by twice and ignored... so heartbreaking!!
