The customer service at this store is awful! There is no one around when you need assistance in the departments. When you check out, there is one or two checkers open on a busy morning.The line is long & very slow. Our experience was frustrating to say the least. After a long wait, the checker wanted us, the CUSTOMER, to know the scan code when she couldn't find it on an item and stared at us with no resolution. Great friendly staff. Every month they post the monthly clinics schedule and every time I have attended the clinics they are unprepared. In one instance the manager even said "there's a clinic today?" and I pointed to their giant white board where it was clearly indicated there was. Very disappointed in their ability to administer these clinics. As a result of their poor handling of the clinics, the employees who are drafted (usually at the last second) to teach these clinics are understandably unprepared and frazzled, which... read more
