Sue and Ron We’re outstanding their customer service skills and making you feel like your family and treating you like a person is outstanding I was having a very bad experience with Home Depot and they totally turned it around thank you Sue and Ron Ron worked in doors I believe and Sue worked at the counter
very helpful, has most everything we need. my suggestion is the parking lot SUCKS. very hard for trucks to turn into parking spots and to turn into the parking lot from Kathleen if a car is leaving. would suggest slanted parking lines or more space like Lowe's. also clear out the middle of the aisles so you can maneuver those big carts through there
The service I receive inside Home Depot itself is fine. The vendors they use are not. My first experience was the appliance vendor trying to tell us how to install our dryer and was doing exactly what the instructions say NOT to do. Today i had an appointment for my house to be measured for flooring and they didn’t call me in the timeframe stated. I called them and they let me know the person was out sick. My mom purchased laminate flooring from Horror Depot. She and all of us kids worked really hard to get her house empty for installation on the 9th. Now HD tells her that they won’t have the flooring until the 14th. She is living in an empty house and is getting two different stories from HD and the installers.
