My mother went in and purchased flooring for her home... when she went to sign the paperwork, they were conveniently out of the kind she picked out, and had substituted some cheaper poor quality flooring... after a talk with the manager, she was then able to get the flooring she originally picked out. Terrible customer service, employees are extremely rude and don't want to help.
Soooo.. im gonna rant about HOME DEPOT in Coeurdalene Idaho!!! We were told today that you dont get a military discount EVER unless your ID says service connected. REALLY... if your disabled, retired or not in active duty it doesnt apply to you. What a disgrace and a great disrespect to all the men and women who have served our country!!!! I dint understand all tge bad reviews everytime I'm in there I get great service, and I'm in alot, owning our own home we love doing projects to improve our home, now lowes I can say they dont help with great customer service.
Here's what I don't understand: why is it so hard to get Home Depot to deliver appliances that are in new condition when they're scheduled to deliver them? I purchased an above the range microwave and a gas range on July 7th. The first set of appliances delivered to me July 13th were unusable - not just scratched - the microwave had a very large indent in the top of it and the range had an indent in the back of it near the gas line (which everyone passed the blame on - though...Continue Reading
They stopped giving all veterans a daily discount! All Home Depot stores have only certain days they honor this discount!! What the hell changed I've been shopping for years and now they stopped the discount! Well I won't be back Lowe's gives the discount every day 365 for ALL veterans!! I will be lots of shopping at lowes from now on!
Worse customer service experience, as always. Wish there were better alternatives.
