I go to Home Depot at least 3 times a week. I own a craft business and am making frequent trips. The store associates are ALWAYS so nice to me, recognize me in there, and are always willing to help. However, I had a horrible experience on Saturday and I will not be a frequent shopper anymore. I walked in the front doors with no mask. I was stopped by the security guard who said “Ma’am, masks are required”. I told him that I have a medical exemption. He replied “Do you really?” With a very ugly look. This is a very difficult review to write. my husband and I came across two associates sweeping up cement today in Building Materials. We asked them where to find the 2x3's. Neither of them offered to come help us and eventually one said "they didn't have any in stock and we'd just have to buy 2x4's and rip them down." This store's customer service has gone down hill big time. A lot of the employees here are still nice and helpful, but too many have become unbelievably rude. I mean beyond any degree of being able to explain away by them having a bad day or whatever. The general manager is one of the worst of them all. After speaking with him, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. Which is a lot of business. But I refuse to shop here anymore.

The State of Idaho has opened a lot up and then there is you guys. we are following state standards. Really, not sure thats what the State of Idaho was thinking when it sees the inside front of your crowded store. I asked your cashier while pushing my cart of lumber through your small checkout stand, why the lumber checkouts were closed. I pretty much get, Were trying control how many people who enter the store by shutting down the lumber counter and all but one exit. So.... Lets funnel everyone into one area to pay. I was so disappointed when we went to Home Depot this morning. Not one worker was wearing a mask. We are both 7f1 years old and at this time we just can’t afford to shop where the store is not being careful about coronavirus . Today was the first time I have gone into a store in 6 weeks only to find they are not prepared to keep us and their staff safe. Please change your ways so we can user your store. We’ve always shopped at Home Depot but now feel we can’t. Guess we’ll try Lowes.
