I'm a contractor and spend 20k a month with various Home Depots in the New York area. This has to be the worst Home Depot in New York. Every time you place an online pick up order it's never ready when it suppose to be , customer service reps can never seem to find the order , they don't call you to tell that an item isn't available or give you an option. This is by far the worst Home Depot in the world and if I could give no stars, I would. Unfortunately, due to where I live, this is the Home Depot we frequent most often, but after our last experience while redoing our basement - especially during our carpet-buying experience, we will drive the extra distance to another location with more competent employees, or better yet, a different home improvement store altogether (hello Lowes, any mom and pop shop, etc). Yesterday I purchased a dozen bags of mulch. I'd like to thank Steve Wolf, Yassim Fouad, and Joe Ciliberti for all their help with the heavy lifting. Steve Wolf was kind enough to help me get the very heavy cart safely to the checkout. I'm glad to see Yonkers Home Depot is hiring more helpful and friendly staff in the garden center!
Arrived with a disabled vehicle well after closing, and the manager and staff helped me get back on the road, without a second thought. Thank You!
