They can’t answer a phone. Rang for a whole hour with no answer. Last time I was in they sold me items they didn’t even have. Go to Lowe’s across the street.
Don't put people on hold, then have it end in eternal ringing. Why do I have to wait until the next day to pickup a stocked item? Why is it that no one knows what they're doing? This store is horrific; beyond belief terrible - worst store to shop.
I went to pickup an online order that had five items in it. After only receiving three of them, I insisted that all five should have been available for pickup as it stated in the email I had received. But no, they told me that only three were coming up in the system even after showing them my email. I left and waited on hold for 15 minutes and after finally getting through to someone they told me that I had picked up all of my items! Unbelievable! WHERE ARE YOU UPPER MANAGEMENT??? This store needs HELP!!! Somebody has to be responsible for the horrible service at the Yonkers Home Depot... Most of the staff here seem to all be in the wrong aisle, and can’t help you at all until they find the person who works in the aisle!!!! Wow!!! It’s that simple Home Depot Management!!! Everyone works in a different aisle apparently.. Very bad store, stay away..
My family and I were in the Home Depot this evening to purchase a rug. After waiting 20 minutes with no service I went to customer service for help. The woman paged someone for assistance. I then went back to the carpet section and waited another 15 minutes and stopped and asked 3 different employees for help. No one was able to help me. We then went back to customer service to speak with a manager and the supervisor in charge refused to help us. She actually ran and hid in the office behind the counter. They Have Good Customer Service
SHORT VERSION 1. Purchased siding from Home Depot in May 2017 with promised start date six to eight weeks later. The actual start date was eight months later (January 2018), and then only because I hounded them constantly. A subcontractor told me HD deliberately misled customers about start times in order to sell as much as possible.
