Horrible customer service when it comes to their appliance deliveries. Since it's a 3rd party delivery company, Home Depot completely abandons ownership of customer service. If the delivery company screws up don't expect much help from Home Depot.
The employees ARE THE WORST. Always ignoring customers and never wants to help. I just spend over $1000 and the way they run it there i will never go back- I don't know why management isn't doing anything about there employees being nonhelpful . I wanted to order windows and no one was to be found . I wanted to order tiles and every employee I ask for help kept telling me to hold on. There should be no reason to why I have to wait for more then 15min just to get help.
Worst Home Depot I've been in . Most of the employees just don't care , very unorganized
I think it's one of the most unorganized stores I've been in seems like it takes forever to get through. Also some of the employees are extremely rude especially the girl working customer service her name is Roseanne. Seems to me the Home Depot Corporation doesn't care much about this store or who they hire
I wasn't a fan of this store , but I was there late Sunday, around 7 pm and had one of the best service ever from a superstore. The manager , whose name begins with a J, which I couldn't begin to spell, provided me with all I could ask for, treated me ( a long gray hair handicap old hippie) with all the respect that one could ever ask for.....not very topical of my past experiences with this location.
