Customer service is horrible. I was told to put something where and another associate yelled at me and told me to move it with an attitude. When ask to talk to a manager he said he didn't have one. Yeah this store sucks go to lowes
6 workers around talking to each other or cells, no one to help me make a key. Spoke to three people about needing help, told I’ll get someone to help you waited ten minutes and finally someone showed up to find they didn’t have blank to duplicate my key. Very frustrating and annoying. Hate Home Depot they need to get their act together.
There's no zero star, so I gave it a 1. Worst customer service on the planet.
I recently had a horrendous experience with a delivery of porcelain floor tiles. Briefly, the delivery was very poorly and unsafely executed, resulting in significant damage to multiple cartons of tiles. Customer service has not resolved this issue to my satisfaction. The reps I spoke with clearly were working from a script that was not designed for customer satisfaction or adequate problem solving. I spent over $1000 for these tiles, and could conceivably spend thousands of dollars more through the renovation work under way... read more
