This place is AWFUL!!!!! Spent over $7000 and still haven't gotten what we ordered � Wth????? My husband just got off the phone with "management" and was informed our order is non-refundable!!!!! I feel like we have been robbed and I wanna call the police.
We did have some problems getting what we paid for. It took several trips in and out of the store, talking to cashiers and supervisors and finally one of the main guys came up and told us he would make things right. And he did. It was a cold rainy day but we left feeling good! We will continue to shop at Home Depot!
Pro desk has been supposedly working on a drawing for me. Being a woman job wasn't important. You lost a sale for at least 2 buildings.
"I hated it" is accurate. Purchased carpet 3 weeks before Christmas and have yet to get it right. Nothing but the run around. Will never shop big ticket here again.
The people are always great, but it was miserable from the heat and humidity. I don't know if the air was working, but it didn't feel like it.
Spent quite a bit of money here on my kitchen remodel. Very disappointed in lack of customer service, poor product quality, and inconsistent knowledge and expertise of the staff. Next summer's project will be based out of a different big box store. Almost done.....PTL
