RecommendedI had such an awesome experience today at this home depot. Tina was the only manager on and she was so helpful when I encountered an issue. She is an awesome employee.
Employees aren't wearing masks, Mangers show little concern for my safety, will take my dollars elsewhere.

I had a GREAT experience with the plumbing department and the associate Pete. very knowledgeable and helpful. Was able interact with the Customer Service desk at check out and was professionally assisted as well. Thank you Home Depot for your courteous service.
Customer NO-Service, wanted to purchase carpet prior to moving in, rescheduled 4 times for measurements, why is this so hard? No one understands why,cant give me answers, just keeps rescheduling, even spoke to manager Greg who said he would make sure it got done, horrible service, I'll go elsewhere to buy carpet! Specifically Lansing store, had ZERO issues with Ocala Florida store!

We had Mario out to estimate replacing our windows, 12 in total. I was quoted $26000.00 for 12 windows and one sliding door. Anderson 400 series black interior/exterior. I had the same windows estimated from a contracter supplier and rough estimate cost are about 7 thousand for the windows only. Complete highway robbery might as well came into my home and spit in my face. I will be contacting corporate once I have a REAL materials and labor estimate and a receipt.
