Horrible experience, very poor customer experience. The sales team in appliances convinced my retired mother to open a credit card with promise of a future discount on a specific appliance she was planning to buy in the near future. The originally purchased appliance was delivered in a dented state and the store promised an additional discount that was not received. Was working on a bathroom remodel and added vanity, tub and a few other items to my shopping card. Came back four days later after confirming measurements and everything jumped 35%. I still have the original screen shots and nothing stated it was a sale price. Oh well guess Menards will get the order and I will get the extra 11%
I bought a cordless drill from the Home Depot because they have a warranty on their power tools. My drill burned up from normal use, they said they needed to seed the drill out for diagnosis. Decide if they will replace it or not. I have work to do now. They warranty is basically useless.
I just purchased a range over the phone with Karen’s assistance. She was just so wonderful and helpful!! Karen, thank you so much for taking the time to make sure my new kitchen gets the perfect range before the new year! Your customer service was outstanding and completely turned my night around �
