They double charged me for paint. The manager says that happens often. However, they refuse to give me my money back when they clearly withdrew money from my bank account. My bank even confirmed they stole money from me. I gave Home Depot proof that they did double down and steal money from me. On top of the double charge for the paint the paint turned out to be bad. 100.00 out the door. Thx Home Depot 😡I’ll never be going here again. MENARDS ALL THE WAY!!
Bought 5k in fencing 3 months ago, still waiting for it. Called and spoke with pro services and asked them to call the manufacturer and ask and they said they would, that was 2 weeks ago and still no call back. I’m going to tell them come get half the order you delivered and take it back and give me a refund. Don’t deliver half of it and promise the panels will be there in a week and then in a week say we have no clue when they will be in.

I have shopped with this company for many years and spent over 20k in the last 2 months with them. I had a install set up for July 21st then I got a call on July 15 asking if they could install on July 16th. I said absolutely!! Well today I set at the house till 11 then called to see what the eta was. They said they had to reschedule and they will call me back. West Lansing Home Depot stops answering the phone and doesn't offer curbside pick-up when they feel busy. I called the headquarters customer service after not getting through the local store phones and waiting over 2 hours for a pick-up... I was told that this is the company policy to stop answering the phone and discontinue curbside pick-up when they feel busy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
You use Estes for delivery but no one works weekends, my order was available for pick up on 6/17 but estimated delivery was 7/9 and I live 3.7 miles from the Waverly store, I received notice delivery would be 6/19-20/20 signed up for Text Alerts yet nothing, called Estes today 6/22 and they say there was travel delays! freight pick up was in Kentucky going to Indiana, I was told from Indiana to Marshall, MI, to Google this it's about 4 hours from Ken. to Ind. about 300 miles, about 200 miles from Ind. to MI, only about 40 mi... read more
The Home Depot in Lansing are not trying with sanitation procedures. The help does not wear masks , no sanitizer , not wiping down the carts, come on let’s get with it ..
