I purchased a washer with the extended warranty 1 year ago for the annpolis store and its not working properly and I called the warranty company and thay are the complete worst! They referred a company to me and they didnt even show up or call to cancel the appointment. I am very disappointed with the level of service from every level of this company. I have never had a problem with this store UNTIL.... we special ordered kitchen cabinets from this Home Depot. We special ordered cabinets back on June 3rd 2014 after having Home Depot designed our kitchen.. YES... I said JUNE and we still have not received everything to finish this project and it's now August! My husband spoke with Sandy at this store and was told there is nothing she can do to help us.
