home installation caution Don't use the home installation service - specific to carpet installation. They chipped a tile in an adjacent room to where we had carpet installed, and we were 6 months getting the tile replaced. It was a nightmare.
this home Depot is a joke as far as deliveries go.im here early with only nine pallets and they're trying to tell me I have to wait for 4 hours.. the lady is absolutely rude..and I deliver to home depot's everyday all over and this is by far the worst
waited over an hour to get some service. there was another customer that left after not receiving service for over an hour. the workers that were available couldn't cut the blinds that I needed cut. they kept trying to page the guy for help but he was not available in his own department. management didn't seem to care either. I've always liked home depot but I'll probably be switching to Lowe's because this isn't the first time I've had terrible service at this location.
Answer the dam phone on hold with on line for over an hour and using another phone called your store and still on hold over 45 min.
We placed an order with home depot, scheduled to be delivered one week ago. It never arrived and their only answer was to reschedule. It arrived yesterday, but was missing $127 worth of items. We have tried calling all morning and have been hung up on multiple times. I understand that people aren't coming to work and that they are busy, but after being on hold for an hour, its completely unacceptable to pretend you cant hear someone and hang up on them while they are talking. absolute horrible service... I've been in 2 times for a order and called 2 times everyone seems so irritated to do their job and blows me off saying I don't know or wait and then go stand around and do nothing. I called to speak to one of the customer service lady and the person wouldn't let me speak to her and kept just asking me for my order number not helping at all then hangs up on me.
People don't answer phones anymore.
when I went to the store they were only allowing so many people in the time which meant I had to stand in line next to a bunch of people normally I never have to do that then the checkout line was worse standing in line for almost 20 minutes I have more people standing next to me in one day then I've had the whole month. it would be better if you just have more check out people to get people through faster instead of standing there like cattle.
The Pasadena, Md. store isn't friendly. I got to an aisle just as they were closing it off. I asked the idiot boy with the flags if I could grab something that was in plain eyesight. Mind you, no fork lift in aisle and he told me no. I finished my shopping and went back and still no forklift so I ask the guy if he would grab the can I wanted and again he said no. Done with this store and BTW I went to Lowes and bought what I needed. Lowes was also a brighter cleaner store.
