Do not get your flooring install from this place. We found out the night before our scheduled install, that the product had to be on our house 3 days prior. No one told us that. Home Depot is supposed to deliver the product, they never contacted us about the product being a 'special' order and that it wasn't even in the store!! We paid for the install a month in advance!! We took furniture out of the rooms, have new furniture coming in, took time off work and set a realtor appt so we could put our house on the market. This i... read more
I had a great associate, Will, who helped me from the moment I stopped dead in middle of an isle confused on where to go for closet shelf organizers to the check out line. Best experience to date and I've been going to that store since atleast 2002.

Went to Home Depot today for vinyl fencing. One of the worst experiences. After standing in line at the Pro service desk for 20 minutes, we left and had lunch and did some other running around and then returned about 2 hours later. Asked about the vinyl fence that was outside that said "in stock". The sales person then went on to the computer to see what our choices were. Witnessed a HORRIBLE manager named Kim rip off a customer with typical bait and switch tonight. You should be ashamed of yourself. A customer brought her an item that she admitted they marked down to clear out of the store and when they bring to the checkout, she is called in to change the price. She said that is their practice. Unbelievable! I used to love this store, but you have really lost the good people who used to run it.
