Dennis in lumber was such a huge help to me tonight. I really appreciate the fact that he took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. Great customer service!
This store is fine if you go during the week in the early afternoon. The weekends are horrible and no one wants to help you they just try to avoid you or pass you off to another employee that also doesn't want to help you. Today was my last time giving this store another chance. I will give my business to lowes.
Walked in here today at noon and they only had 2 registers and a self checkout line opened. Customers were lined up 20-25 deep at all lanes. Not sure if they know or not but most people do their home improvements on the weekends. This store has historically run on a skeleton crew and I have grown to expect to have to take care off myself while shopping (praying that they stocked the shelves cause if they didn't I'd have to wait 30-45 mins for help) but this is the 3rd time in as many days the checkout lines have been inadequ... read more
Went to this store because it's around the corner from our home to get a storm door replaced. Our previous one was installed by Lowes but again, convenience we went here. Had to pay for the $30 measurement fee only to be told we had a "special" door size? Funny Lowes never told us this. We bought not 1 but 2 stock doors from Lowes without incident. Meanwhile the rep from HD calls 2 months later to check the status of our appraisal. Leaves a message for us to call back.. But before I even get the chance calls back 20 mins lat... read more
