Great help from the folks working the doors and windows area. It took a good bit of time to thumb through the various doors available. We did find what we wanted and are happy with our experience!
The Home Depot in Elmwood last night was horrible, I was parked in contractors area and had 700$'S of lumber and the head cashier that I tried to stop and say hey that's me I'm parked right there and have all this lumber , looked at me and said check out down there , instead of turning 2 steps to unlock the door refused me , so I left all the lumber and one more bad experience lowes will have my business!!!
Worst cuatomer service there is......been here waiting 30min for someone to cut a plywood sheet.........
Love store dislike delivery dept. But they have great prices but pick up when able
Customer service sucked. They didn't want to exchange their damaged product that has a lifetime warranty on it with them. We had to wait 45 mins for a manager just to come and tell them to do them exchange. Then we come out to our car and a basket was against my car door with a big dent in it. Now we have a repair bill.
