Recommendedterrible store and lying managers in flooring department
We were Greeted as soon as we walked in the Store. A Store associate asked what we were looking for today? We needed a replacement fan and they walked us to the front of the store where they were. We found a very good selection of fans. The associate help loaded the fan in the cart for us and we thank Them for all the help . Overall, the wife and I received Great Customer Service and when we come back in town to Visit our family we know the Kenner HomeDepot is where we will go for all our home improvement needs.
Went to Home Depot today for materials for an electric job. A cashier near the pro checkout decided getting some coffee and making people wait to be checked out was more important than getting people off to work. Stood in line waiting for her for a good while. She took her time. Wasn’t rushing to get her coffee. Decided to stand in another line to actually be checked out. Went to HD today (Saturday) at 10:30 am and the garden gates were locked and no cashier was there. We asked an employee and was told we had to go inside to Purchase bags of mulch and soil and walk all the way around! So we went in the store to ask again why were the gates locked and was told it was too COLD (56 degrees!).. I asked to speak to a manger and he said the gates should have been opened at 8am! So he opened the gates and called a cashier,but was very nonchalant.. REALLY???? NEVER a again.. going to my local garden ... read more
I just encountered Karen at the order pick up desk. I can honestly say in 56 years I’ve never encountered someone as rude as her. I highly suggest Lowe’s for anyone needing service of any kind.

Mike Brown In the appliances was very helpful and so nice to do business with. Thanks to him I will be saving a lot of money with Home Depot than any other appliances company! I recommend Home Depot to buy your appliance with them. Home Depot has the best deal on appliances and protection plan as well. And they still has given us the Military discount even with the Samsung fridgerator we bought was already on sale.
