Do not buy appliances from Home Depot...they do not service the customer...bought Maytag washer less then 60 days ago and I had service come out because it was making a loud noise when washing ....found out the suspension rods were bad....he suggested I call for a replacement ...I requested a replacement washer and got the run around from Whirlpool saying they could only repair. I usually go to the Home Depot at Elmwood but today I happened to be in that area the people are very professional at Home Depot.and they know where everything is I've bought many things from Home Depot over the years and I will continue to do so.
Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!! placed an order through Home Depot in gretna. They shipped (Home Depot Kenner )the wrong item. Item worth over 400$. Home Depot telling me to pay another 80$ to get it ship back! Why should I pay an extra 80$ to get it picked up and ship back to Home Depot when y’all deliver the wrong item!!! Customer service is extremely poor. I have been trying to pickup an online order for weeks and they transfer you from department to department when calling in. ZERO progress
After purchasing several bags of mulch and soil, was told a garden manager (I would rethink the manager position you have her after the attitude she gave paying customers) was told we had to load the bags our self because it was a non essential item. let's be clear the only thing essential in your store is wood. please explain why people are purchasing doors, mixing paint, etc. all I needed is help loading my vehicle. that's how you treat a disabled veteran! so appalling!
