WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!! We went there with an ad from their website to buy a freezer. They had three of them sitting there but the salesman could not match up the skew number even though my husband had the ad pulled up on his phone. Store manager refused to honor the ad saying it did not show in the paper ad. We showed him online where it said “show ad to redeem in store” but he refused”. We walked out and shopped elsewhere.
Guy name Lee wasp helpfully walked around the store with me to get my items. Offered to carry some for me to the register. I have been in customer service for 20 years he was the best employee I have seen in a long time go beyond his job duties. He was working in lumber. I'd like y'all to share this with him. I will come back every time now cause of him
Terrible customer service. I wouldn't have wrote this but, it was more than once that I was treated terribly in this store. Every person that I have had bring mulch out to my car was incredibly rude. Today I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to bring it out. I was the only customer in the garden department so, I can tell you they were not busy.
