Home Depot sells returned items that are missing pieces. And they don’t inform you it’s a returned item.
Was delivered a dishwasher washer today....while it has the correct model number and serial number both on the box and inside of the dishwasher this clearly is not a slate colored dishwasher...it’s stainless steel. Clearly a GE factory error however I contacted Home Depot with regards to this and the representative not only called GE but also called the Canal Winchester store....was told that not only could I not be provided with the product in the color I ordered but that it would not be picked back up and refunded! I will never buy nothing from them ever again. I bought a freezer on May 1st was delivered May 19th it worked for a week or so I called it took over a week for someone to get out here the man was here 5 minutes told me to unplug it for 12 hours. which I did. still isn't working right. I called home depot more or less it's not their problem. they won't replace it or refund my money. so I am out $863 and all the food that was lost. don't waste your time or money biggest rip off people I have had to deal with.

When you have 16 handicapped parking spaces, you should have more than 4 electric carts. I got one that was begun charging at 2:45 and at 3:30 it only lasted barely 15 min. and I had to abandon it. What really bothers me is non-handicapped supper fat people using carts. YOU need to have more carts.
Bought our new washer and dryer here , Dryer has broke 3 times and no since of urgency . Still sitting w a broken dryer and yes we have and extended warranty and everything covered but no one even the store manager doesn't have the willingness to help customers
