I'm in your store 2-3 times a week,went in today for a truck toolbox,employee said he would send someone over to help me sit it on my cart, because it wasn't his dept.,no problem. After waiting 20 min and nothing,I walked out the door with a "have a nice day". I guess I will drive the extra 10 minutes to Lowes. Thanks..

we have shop with this store for many years. we have have doors put in,windows put in. washers and dryer. all were done well. until today when were support to have come measure for more windows. as of 2; 00 we have not been called or someone show up. They missed a coming out to our house on Wed@ 2:00. they called to say they were not told about our appointment until after they were support to be here, they said they were sorry and they made the appointment for Sat 10:00 am. which they also missed. called the store 3 time. st... read more

My father went to this store today to purchase sheets of wood not only did they argue a military discount like they used to honor but not one employee offered to help him load this heavy material, what kind if customer service is that? Goodbye Home Depot we will stick with Lowes ir Sutherlands from now on.

I have been shopping at your store, and the Hilliard Home Depot for the last 11 years, but won't be anymore. The cashier at register 1 (the customer service desk and returns) was rude and disrespectful to me on Saturday. I had $832.00 in flooring, new outlets and switches, and covers. She rang them all up, then refused to honor my military ID (that had been honored just two days before at the same store, and has been honored for the last 10 years at your store).
