Home Depot sells returned items that are missing pieces. And they don’t inform you it’s a returned item. When you call to ask about it, you will be treated like garbage.

Hire smart people that know how to complete a transaction. The numb nuts we dealt with at the Springfield, Ohio store screwed everything up. It was a simple sell and pay. Had to refund the first transaction and the the second time around, he somehow refunded the second transaction and then told me he had no clue what he was doing. Never had I dealt with incompetent people in my life.
SHAME ON MANAGEMENT!!! NONE of the employees were wearing masks and the ladies at the front desk were standing shoulder to shoulder. Are you kidding me? Why are they not wearing masks and why are they on top of each other? Absolutely ridiculous!
I had an appliance delivery scheduled for Tuesday. The delivery drivers (Reliable Appliance Delivery) showed up with what we questioned a different color fridge and stove than what was ordered. While I was verifying the order, the driver stated that he had checked the order and these items were incorrect and that they could not deliver them. They then left with our items. I ordered a washing machine they never delivered it no call no show . I cancelled the order of 900+ dollars 2weeks later they reimbursed 161$ it’s like pulling teeth with your fingers getting my money back. They say we’ve done everything on our end. WTH? My last order with either Home Depot or Lowe’s . I purchased my washer from ABC Warehouse I had it installed the next day.
I place online orders and they are NEVER right or they try to pass off crappy wood.
