The paint department was especially friendly and helpful today.
There’s three people that actually helped us out. It was alittle irritating that there was some that couldn’t be bothered to help us. We’re new to the area as well as the state. If you see a customer looking for something, you ask them if they need help... It’s being respectful
We had a great time building rocket pencil cases this morning at the Kids club!

Purchased an appliance package and on Day 3 the ice maker broke on the refrigerator. Home Depot refers you to manufacturer, manufacturer refers you to Home Depot. Only resolution is a service call which I would have to miss work. No one seems to care after three days there is already an issue and an I convenience to the customer. No option for returns or exchanges, you are basically stuck with a faulty appliance.
With all the fraud and stolen Credit Cards why don't your associates ask for I.D. Every time I go in and use a card ...no one asks....I used to work there and policy was Every Cashier had to ask for I.D..to verify it was the owner of the card using.....it saddens me to think with all the employee changes no one has been trained........I mention to the cashier that i have I.D. and would be glad to show them..I Get not necessary....well in my opinion it is.....shame shame
It was crazy busy yesterday out in the gardening section, but the people working outside were doing their best to be helpful and get people what they needed. The cashiers did a great job keeping the lines moving and providing great customer service.
Grove City Home Depot you suck. They gave my truck rental away to another woman. Didn't offer anything for the inconvenience, not even to help locate an available one at another location. They did say one should be back soon and have had me wait an hour now. However I just contacted the person I was buying something from and they can't wait any longer so now I've lost out on a $350 discount on the piece I was buying. Until you do some staff training and new management at this location I will not be back.
