Come on Home Depot!! Get your act together!! A simple 10x10 kitchen install is now on our 8 week of hell and of course the communication is broken so bad that in the chain of kitchen designer, contractor and installers....no one told the installers what they were doing today???!!! You all are killing me and my patience!!!
I am disappointed to say that as long time loyal Home Depot customers we will no longer be renting any equipment from their rental service in Newport News. We were told that we would receive a $200 cleaning fee for a trenching machine that we had spent 30 mins cleaning. Their expectation was this machine WHICH IS USED FOR DIGGING HOLES IN DIRT be returned spotless. FYI we had a few clumps of dirt in the tracts and trailer and that was justification enough for them to want to charge us 200 dollars. ....oh lets us not forget t... read more
