Incopotence runs rampant at this store. Ordered a dishwasher and asked for install and take away. They showed up 2 weeks later and said we only payed for delivery. Had to go back to the store where they charged us even more for install. Showed up a week later with a damaged dishwasher because it had been in the truck. Needless to say we cancelled everything and will not be returning to this store after everything is sorted and we get a refund.
Had two wait for the casher to stop dancing with the music then goes to the register and says let me turn my light on. She was Hispanic and then says come to me America. Her name was Desire and I found her remark uncalled for.
I am extremely upset about the delivery service my parents received. 2 large pallets of items were delivered. The delivery guys refused to put the pallets inside the back gate. Instead, they placed the items outside the gate and left. My parents are both in their 60s, and my father is a cancer patient. To make matters worse, it was raining and they had to get the items inside there gate, or risk someone stealing them. Unsatisfactory customer service.
