Many of the employees at HD are helpful. Then there's the assistant manager. He may have a gift for lumber or whatever, but his people skills need a lot of work. As a well dressed, polite customer who frankly drops quite a bit of money in there every month, I would have expect better. At least ~pretend~ to listen to the customers buddy.

I have to give Home Depot a five star review for their customer service today. I lost my wallet and the wonderful associates working helped me search for it. They were checking carts, walking the parking lot, checking under shelves. They were very helpful and I was lucky someone turned it in to customer service.
